the heated pools catered well to families. my kids enjoyed the water slides. the hotel also provided good access to the beach.

the food quality was average. there were also hidden costs for some all-inclusive guests, like charges for sweet potato fries and water during meals.

amazing pool water slide entertainment option

The pools were a real highlight. My kids appreciated the water slides and the lazy river. Game rooms provided additional entertainment.

The rubbish truck reversing near my room late at night created significant noise. It sounded much like a fire alarm and it disrupted my sleep.

excellent food free upgrade helpful staff

The christmas party was really enjoyable, especially the excellent food. we got a free upgrade to a mirage room when we asked to extend our stay. That was a nice surprise. the staff offered great assistance. I especially appreciated mr medhat's support.

wonderful family stay

connecting room clean room friendly staff

the hotel gave us a connecting room i was happy about this it helps with vulnerable children who need watching the room was clean and it felt so comfortable i always appreciate that i found the staff very friendly especially near the pool they provided attentive service

Fantastic Family Fun!

awesome food multiple zones

There were many activities available and different zones kept my child entertained. We enjoyed the pools, water park, and arcade games. Gluten-free dishes and the kids' food station were a huge plus. Sands Beach Club had a great vibe with awesome food!

The room had plenty of space and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was great to have enough room for everyone to relax after a busy day. I appreciated the well sized room.

The pools are heated including the amazing water park which makes it fantastic for families. I loved the cinema sessions right on the beach providing unique entertainment. The external lifeguards at every step ensure the kids are always safe.

Breakfast at Suan Bua was amazing I really enjoyed it. I found that three out of four restaurants offered delicious options. Unfortunately, UNO Mas was fully booked. There was great availability of gluten free dishes at the food stations.
